DARKRP RULES!

• NO RDM! (Randomly Killing People For No Reason INCLUDING Mass RDM, witch can be a perma-ban).

• NO CDM! (Randomly Killing People For No Reason with a Car).

• NO MIC SPAMMING (Going around using your mic whilst screaming, playing music, or just abusing the damn thing).

• NO CHAT SPAMMING (Spamming in text chat, Advert, OOC, and close by chat,  are considered spam worthy, just dont do it, even if we do have an addon for that, Just dont..).

• NO RACISM (Saying racist things, i.e. The N word, dont be a dumbass, just stop memeing for one gmod server..).

• NO FAILRP (Not following your character in RolePlay, of course this is semi-serious, meaning you can considerably break that rule, but dont abuse it to its extent =, i.e. Trolling).

• NO THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE (i.e. Mods of any kind other than workshop items, NO external softwares!)

• NO DISRESPECT OF ANY KIND (This applies for both, STAFF, and OTHER PLAYERS!)

• NO EXPLOITS (This is something that everyone fucking hates, do not exploit anything about the map, as this can and will result in a permanent ban..)

• NO RETARDATION (This WILL result in a permanent ban, please be mentally stable, and sane. Have fucking logic, and dont try to out smart our admins)

• NO THREATS (Making IRL threats in an immediate IP-Ban, and can theoretically result in legal matters. i.e DDOS, DOS, Murder, Kidnapping, raping, etc.)

• NO STREAM TROLLS (Of Course this is gonna be a weird one, we accept Streamers on our server in all their glory, we sometimes even praise these players more than reg's, but having a Stream Trollers that brings nothing but hate and shit to the server is strictly prohibited, If a certain Streamer brings on Kayos for a limited amount of time, that is acceptable, i.e. LostInPlace, our admins will make sure that Streamers, and Gmod Troll Streamers are fairly divided.) 

• NO INAPPROPRIATE IMAGING (i.e. sprays that contain racist, sexual, homophobic, discriminatory, etc. items)

• NO DDOS'ING (DDOS attacks can be easily tracked and traced down to the user, and WILL be used against them legally, and just if you an elite hacker i.e. An Anonymous or Lizard Squad member lol, VPN's, Proxies, all temporary, your computer or Router has to shut off at one point, and or has to loose connection, and by then everything should be fixed, so dont get mad at us if we do not attend you like a fucking king). 

• NO SHIT MEMES (Memeing is a very important topic on our server, as we do take it to our name, as we glorify it and honor it. Just dont show fucking top and bottom text memes, and old dead memes i.e. Dat Boi, Awesome Face, etc. YOU WILL BE WARNED!)

• NO PUBLIC AFFECTION (Getting a fucking girl friend by saying in OOC GF SAY 123, is very **** stupid, this is not a dating site, you can have roleplay relationships, but if it gets as far as real life, thats were it gets weird for our other players, this also includes sex related noises including ASMR!)

• NO CHILDISH ACTIONS! (i.e. Asking for free promotions, complaining about staff in a non-supportive way, acting like you dont know the fucking game when you darn well do, etc.)

• NO TALK-BACK (I'm not your parents to be telling you this, but if you were confronted with an actual police officer or a mug, im pretty sure you'd take some serious actions, that determine some factor of your real life, Sooooo, when staff are communicated to you, and you disagree with them i.e. getting temp-banned, kicked, perma-banned, or ip-banned, they are doing it as if they were TELLING YOU, In other words, Staff have the FINAL ANSWER PERIOD!)

• NO IRL FAILRP (Having a TV, Guests, Parents, Family members, etc. in your background mic, really fucks up the RP experience that were actually trying to create on our server, so use the fucking chatbox instead, if you do have a microphone that contains tons of noise you can fix, please do so, if not, stick to the danm chatbox we bought specifically for you...)

STAFF RULES

• NO ADMIN ABUSE! (do not noclip into people bases with no reason,don't pick up people with no reason, dont jail or nothing with no reason).

• DO NOT USE POWERS WHEN NOT NEEDED! (use them for sits only or to resolve a situation)

• DO NOT NOCLIP OFF DUTY! (do not noclip off-duty to get to places faster, if your in a certain situation you may noclip otherwise! YOU MUST BE ON DUTY TO NOCLIP!)

• NO KICKING/BANNING PPL W/O A SIT! (make it where you MUST do a single verbal warning before any admin powers are used against a player during a sit i.e. first time a player accidentally misclicked and RDM, verbal warning, third time he did it again, believable story, kick him)

• NO HPING OR ARMORING YOUR SELF OFF DUTY! (no giving your self health/armor if your getting attacked, if you are false hurt you may hp, if your job had armor then armor the way it was)

• NO KICKING OR BANNING PEOPLE WITHOUT SIT! (do not kick people or ban people with no sit you must have a sit with the person who broke a rule and ask them why if not vault reason do what you need to do)

• STAFF CONTACT CO-OWNER/OWNER/STAFF MANAGER WHEN SOMEONE APPLIED/DONATE! (remove entirely? the application thing sure let a higher up know but the donate? just link them to the discord and its on here)

• Please keep in mind, these rules although cannot be bent to fit the staff's fit, can be changed on the same genre, the 'Owner', and the 'Owner' only, Can change these rules, ofcourse the 'Co-Owner' can change the rules in the same way aswell, but must need manditory permission directly from the 'Owner' Himself. Following these rules will lead to a fun and safe RP experience! Please Use logic, dont be a dick, and please dont ruin the fun for all else.
